In prepartion for the upcoming 1/2 Marathon in May, I am running FREE 'Interval Based Training' sessions every Saturday morning from 7am-8am.
You don't have to be running the 1/2 Marathon to come and train. You may be just starting to run or may never have run before - but you can still come along and work at your own pace and see improvements in running and general fitness!
