Get fit and meet new people at our Outdoor Group Personal Training sessions! We run small group fitness training on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday at 6AM, plus Mondays and Thursdays at 7pm, right here in Manly.
If you want tone, shape and increased fitness then our sessions are perfect for you! We cater for a range of fitness levels and cover a mixture of fitness, strength, core, and flexibility training on each day. Prices range from $15 per session for 3 x week to $20 for 1 x week.
